Photo: More than 200 construction workers and Harley-Davidson employees gathered on the Harley-Davidson Museum grounds to celebrate the completion of the Museum building framework. After attendees signed the final steel beam, Willie G. Davidson, senior vice president and chief styling officer, signaled a crane to hoist it into place atop an 80-foot tower.
