Lieutenant General R P Singh, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Western Command, announced the operationalization of the 100-bedded COVID Hospital at the hostel for international students in Panjab University in the presence of the Punjab Governor and Chandigarh Administrator V P Singh Badnore.
