ST. LOUIS, April 18, 2024— The U.S. Postal Service has introduced Blooms, a new stamp well-suited for spreading good cheer and trust. In a momentous event, USPS held a dedication ceremony for the stamps in St. Louis, inviting the public to be part of this exciting launch.

The “Blooms” stamp features fanciful flowers to mark special occasions.

The “Blooms” stamp is not just for envelopes; it’s a versatile tool for spreading joy and trust. Whether for party invitations, thank-you notes, important announcements, or general correspondence, it can be used for any occasion, empowering you to express your creativity.

This stamp is a masterpiece featuring brilliantly colored flowers rendered in ink and gouache. These artistic details add luster to the vivid red, yellow, purple, pink, green, and blue hues, making them a visual delight.

Derry Noyes, an art director for USPS, designed the stamp using an existing illustration by artist Kim Parker.
