Borgo Panigale (Bologna, Italy), November 20, 2020 - The annual Ducati Global Dealer Conference took place in the week of November 2 to 6, in a wholly digital way, for the first time in its history.
The Global Dealer Conference is one of the most significant moments of the year for the Borgo Panigale motorcycle manufacturer. Ducati had the opportunity to interact with its global network of dealers, take stock of the year just ended and plan all activities for the next one with the preview presentation of the new models in the range.
For 2020, the complicated global health situation did not make it possible to physically carry out the annual meeting, which had always taken place in Italy with personal attendance in past years. Therefore, Ducati chose to revitalize the event, organizing the first virtual edition in history, and obtaining record participation numbers. More than 5,000 participants in the 2020 Global Dealer Conference got connected from 87 different countries.
This online convention aimed to make all participants feel an integral part of the Ducati family. Ducati invited all employees of the Borgo Panigale headquarters, the Ducati Motor Thailand plant, and all the Ducati subsidiaries in the world, to reduce distances and facilitate discussion. These initiatives included an active chat with Ducati VP Global Sales & After Sales, Francesco Milicia, the Museum Online Journey (the virtual tour of the Ducati Museum available in 8 languages), and a virtual coffee lounge that allowed the various users to carry out networking.
The highlight of the 2020 edition of the Global Dealer Conference was the live streaming with the preview presentation of the Ducati models for 2021. Thanks to simultaneous translation in 8 languages, dealers worldwide could discover the new bikes’ characteristics. Also, a “closed room” exclusively dedicated to the Multistrada V4 was reserved, within which the participants were able to ask their questions to the project managers directly.
As usual, the convention ended with the Ducati Dealer Awards ceremony, in which the best 2020 dealers for each geographical area received awards. An innovation for this year’s ceremony was introducing a new prize: the “Best Adapter Ducati Cares & Online Sales,” dedicated to the dealer who has most distinguished himself on digital issues and Ducati Cares program.
Despite the difficult situation, Ducati tried to communicate confidence to all its dealers, obtaining positive feedback on the virtual event’s organizational level and conveying the values ​​of Style, Sophistication, Performance, and Trust that characterize Ducati in the best possible way.

This unique online event provided Ferraristi worldwide with an exclusive introduction to the car’s innovative features and in-depth information on its development.
As the Prancing Horse’s first production plug-in hybrid spider, the SF90 Spider sets new performance and innovation benchmarks for the marque’s range and the entire sports car sector. The new convertible has the same extreme supercar specification and record-breaking performance as the SF90 Stradale. It also adds further driving pleasure and versatility to the mix, thanks to the latest iteration of Ferrari’s signature retractable hardtop architecture. It makes the SF90 Spider the ideal car for owners that demand Ferrari technology’s very pinnacle but still want the thrill of open-top driving.
The retractable hardtop (RHT) guarantees optimal noise insulation and protection from the elements when raised, does not deform at high speeds, and provides exceptional occupant space and comfort. The RHT is so compact, simple, and light that it can be actioned in just 14 seconds and deployed when the car moves.
• POWERTRAIN
In a first for a Ferrari production spider, the SF90 Spider has plug-in hybrid architecture. The internal combustion engine is integrated with two electric motors at the front, comprising the RAC-e (Cornering Angle Regulator, Electric) system. The synergy between the internal combustion engine and the electric motors allow the car to unleash a maximum of 1,000 HP and put the SF90 Spider not only at the very top of the Ferrari range of road cars but also its category.
The SF90 Spider sports the completely redesigned 8-speed, oil-bath, dual-clutch gearbox launched on the SF90 Stradale.
• VEHICLE DYNAMICS
To make full use of the powertrain unit’s power, the engineers developed vehicle dynamics systems that guarantee an improvement in terms of pure performance and lap times and simultaneously ensure that drivers of all kinds can fully enjoy the car’s potential and have fun behind the wheel.
• AERODYNAMICS
Just as the SF90 Stradale redefined the Ferrari range’s aerodynamic performance levels, the SF90 Spider pushed the limits of the results delivered still further. The goals that drove the car’s aerodynamic development from the earliest stages of the platform design were threefold:

• EXTERIOR
The crafting of the SF90 Spider’s exterior forms was inspired by the same principle as influenced the development of the SF90 Stradale: to create a futuristic, innovative design that communicates both the car’s racing vocation and the series production supercar concept.
The front of the car has a very pronounced profile, which underscores its aggressive character.
The rear of the car is dominated by high exhaust pipes, resulting from the optimization of the exhaust line layout.
• INTERIOR
The instrumentation is now predominantly digital, with all the screens going completely black when the car is not running, lending the cabin a very minimalist look. However, once the Engine Start button on the steering wheel gets pushed, a “ceremony” of sorts begins that sees all the digital components in the driver cockpit gradually springing to life until the whole cockpit is aglow.
The central instrument cluster comprises a single 16” HD screen, which is curved towards the driver to make it easier to read and emphasize the wraparound cockpit effect.
Thanks to the head-up display, the primary information is projected onto the windscreen section within the driver’s field of vision. It means less distraction in line with the “Eyes on the road, hands on the wheel.”
The SF90 Spider’s steering wheel completes that transfer process from the competition world and ushers in a new era by introducing a series of touch commands that allow the driver to control virtually every aspect of the car without ever taking their hands off the wheel. The traditional controls include the now-iconic Manettino, steering-wheel-mounted headlight control, windscreen wipers, indicators.
• 7-YEARS MAINTENANCE
Ferrari’s unparalleled quality standards and increasing focus on client service underpin the extended seven-year maintenance program offered with the SF90 Spider. Available across the entire range, the program covers all regular maintenance for the first seven years of the car’s life.

Renault recognized this potential and has been present in India since 2005. Kiger show car is a new step consolidating Renault’s presence in India.
• An eye-catching little SUV with a devastating look
Born from the cooperation between Renault’s French and Indian Design divisions, the Kiger show car is an SUV with an adventurous look exuding attractive energy that catches both the eye and the mind. With its DNA, it is for the urban jungle as well as the great outdoors.
The Kiger show car stands out with its sculpted bonnet, slender windscreen, and semi-floating roof with a roof rack. On both sides, the tapered mirrors are like airplane wings. The roof drop is topped by a spoiler at the rear, giving the vehicle a very airy look. The lower section is more muscular and stockier, resting on four 19-inch wheels framed by large square arches that provide strength to the exterior styling. Fluorescent touches highlight certain aluminum elements such as door handles, bumper inserts, strapping with inlaid decoration, logo contours, and brake calipers.
• An asset for Renault in India

Renault is entering a new phase with the Kiger show car. Jaguar has announced the dynamic new Jaguar XF Saloon.
Jaguar XF Saloon has enhanced exteriors, an all-new interior incorporating luxurious new materials, and seamlessly integrated, connected, and future-proof technologies. New XF showcases contemporary British design and engineering at its best, Jaguar said.
A next-generation, 2.0-litre four-cylinder Ingenium turbocharged diesel engine featuring Mild Hybrid Electric Vehicle (MHEV) technology and the latest 2.0-liter four-cylinder Ingenium petrol engine power the new Jaguar XF, providing enhanced efficiency with firm performance.
The exterior features a new front bumper with more extensive and lower air intakes for increased visual width. This visual width gets a broader front grille featuring a mesh design detail inspired by Jaguar’s heritage logo. Breitling today presented its new “Spotlight Squad” as it launched Chronomat 36 and 32 watches for “women of purpose, action, and style.”

2020 Telluride SX crossed the finish line after eight grueling days in the unforgiving California and Nevada deserts.

October 21, 2020 — Team Telluriders triumphantly crossed the finish line in the 2020 Telluride in the fifth annual Rebelle Rally, coming in overall second place in the X-Cross class. The powerhouse duo made up of Alyssa Roenigk (driver) and Sabrina Howells (navigator) demonstrated their “Give it Everything” attitude, using their invaluable set of skills. They made smart and calculated decisions tailored to the Telluride’s capability, ultimately allowing it to shine and finish the challenging, off-road rally.
The Rebelle Rally is the first all-women’s off-highway navigation rally raid in the U.S. and the longest competition of its kind in the lower 48 states.
“This is a momentous achievement for Kia,” said Sean Yoon, president & CEO, Kia Motors North America & Kia Motors America. “Thanks to Alyssa and Sabrina’s grit in the arduous Rebelle Rally, they helped raise the Telluride’s credibility to new heights. Their huge accomplishment will go down in Kia history, and we couldn’t be more proud of our team.”
From Lake Tahoe to Mexico’s border, Team Telluriders graciously handled whatever challenges the course threw at them. After facing more formidable obstacles on rocky terrain at the start, Alyssa and Sabrina were keen on the Telluride’s strengths, using it to their advantage in the following days to result in several stage wins.
“Alyssa, Sabrina, and the Telluride did such a great job in this year’s rally,” said Rebelle Rally founder Emily Miller. We consider the vehicle as the third teammate, and all three handled the challenge with grace. They are an exceptional team.”
The team was able to clinch second place in the X-Cross class after excelling in the dunes, where the Telluride effortlessly floated over the sandy landscape to hit several checkpoints first before several competitors, taking the win for the most points scored on the final day of the competition.
“We are so proud of our overall performance and our comeback to take second in the X-Cross category at the 2020 Rebelle Rally,” said Alyssa and Sabrina. “On the final day, when we pulled up to checkpoints deep in the Imperial Sand Dunes and saw the look on the faces of the 4x4 teams when we beat them there - that is a memory that will stick in our minds for a long time. The Telluride was an incredibly capable third teammate, and we were grateful for the opportunity to take her on such an awesome adventure.”
Kia was a first-time competitor in the fifth annual Rebelle Rally, competing in the X-Cross Class with minimal modifications, including a skid plate to protect the fuel and oil pan area and all-terrain tires.
Alyssa Roenigk is a senior writer for ESPN and has committed countless adventure acts to pursue a story. She has reported cover pieces for ESPN The Magazine, TV features for X Games and SportsCenter, and provided daily coverage at the Olympics, Grand Slams, Super Bowls, and the Women’s World Cup. Mumbai, India. — Porsche said it is completing the product line-up for the new Panamera with a 700 PS (514 kW), 870 Nm flagship. The new Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid is now the most powerful variant in the revamped product line, combining a 571 PS (420 kW), four-liter bi-turbo V8 with a 136 PS (100 kW) electric motor. Its all-electric range has been increased by up to 30 percent, thanks to a new 17.9 kWh battery and optimized driving modes, the company said.
Porsche explained that the electric motor is integrated into the eight-speed dual-clutch transmission (PDK). It produces a power output of 136 PS (100 kW) maximum torque of 400 Nm. Together with the different combustion engines offered, this makes for outstanding driving performance. The new Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid now completes the sprint from zero to 100 km/h in 3.2 seconds - 0.2 seconds faster than its predecessor. It reaches a top speed of 315 km/h, representing an improvement of 5 km/h.
The high-voltage battery’s gross capacity has been increased from 14.1 to 17.9 kWh using the optimized cells. You can charge the Porsche plug-in hybrid model at home - either via a standard domestic outlet or a power socket. A model-specific charging capacity of up to 7.2 kW is possible with the customary Porsche Mobile Charger. Charging can also be done at public charging points using a Mode 3 cable, Porsche explained.
The newly designed front end of the Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid has dual C-shaped Turbo front light modules and larger side air intakes. The revamped light bar at the rear now runs seamlessly over the luggage compartment lid with an adapted contour. The options available include darkened Exclusive Design tail light modules with dynamic Coming/Leaving Home animation, three new 20- and 21-inch wheels, and two new exterior colors, Cherry Metallic and Truffle Brown Metallic.
The Porsche Communication Management (PCM) features a higher display resolution and includes additional services such as wireless Apple® CarPlay.
Porsche stated that it has tuned in the chassis and control systems for sportiness and comfort in all-new Panamera models.

Dubai/Mumbai — The Porsche 718 Spyder and the 718 Cayman GT4 models are now available with the seven-speed Porsche dual-clutch transmission (PDK), Porsche said.
The automatic transmission is now available for all drivers who want to enjoy no interruptions in acceleration during gear changes and better acceleration values. Compared with the 718 models featuring a manual transmission, the 420 PS (309 kW) GT models - the 718 Spyder and 718 Cayman GT4 - now accelerate from 0-100 km/h half a second faster, in 3.9 seconds. They reach the 200 km/h mark in 13.4 seconds (0.4 seconds more quickly).
The PDK versions of the 718 Spyder and 718 Cayman GT4 benefit from the enhancements made to their mechanical locking rear differential. It achieves 30 and 37 percent locking values in traction and overrun modes compared with 22 and 27 percent with manual transmission. The company explained that this positively affects the longitudinal and lateral dynamics and traction, increasing driving pleasure.
Porsche’s ‘718’ family will start the 2021 model year with a host of new features. High-quality Race-Tex material will replace the Alcantara fabric. The company would add vivid special paint Python Green to the color range of the GT models — 718 Cayman GT4 and 718 Spyder. The 718 Spyder will also be available with the 20-inch wheels in Aurum - this was previously only available for the 718 Cayman GT4. There will also be the option to equip the roadster with similarly-sized conventional summer tires instead of the standard ultra-high-performance tires.
The 718 Spyder and the 718 Cayman GT4 models with automatic transmission are available now. The nearest Porsche Center can provide information on the primary retail price, model specifications, and local availability.

BATON ROUGE, La., Oct. 15, 2020 — The past year has been a tough one by any standards as COVID-19 swept across the world. Yet, international model Yelena Hernandez says she hopes she played a role in distracting women from that via the fashion and beauty brands she modeled as the cover girl for multiple marquee fashion magazines this summer and fall.
Hernandez appeared on the covers of the June issue of Harper’s Bazaar in Vietnam, the July issue of Harper’s Bazaar in Romania, and the July issue of Marie Claire in Ukraine. And, this month, she is front and center in Vogue Beauty Ukraine.
In October’s “The Skin I Live In” issue, Hernandez showcases beauty products from her makeup line, Yilena Luxury Beauty, and lipstick from Runway Rogue. SUNNYVALE, Calif., October 14, 2020 — This weekend marked a historic moment for Ducati as their Italian rider Lorenzo Zanetti took a phenomenal victory at the MotoAmerica Superbike Championship at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. He fended off the best superbike racers’ advances in the United States and made a memorable U.S. debut for the Ducati Corse-supplied Panigale V4 R SBK.
The victory was the first time since 2010 that a Ducati had won a Superbike Championship Race in the U.S.A.
Zanetti immediately made an impression in the first of the weekend’s three Superbike races. The Ducati Corse test rider ran off the track while leading, then miraculously found his way back onto the track and fought his way back for a debut podium spot in third place. In race two, Zanetti, determined to show the full potential of the Ducati Panigale V4 R SBK, picked his moment to take the lead in the closing laps and powered the Ducati across the famous yard of bricks to finish in the first place.
“In the end, it was an amazing weekend for me with three podiums and a victory. It is unbelievable,” Zanetti beamed after race three. “I’m thrilled. It was a great day. Thanks to Ducati for giving me the chance to race against the best riders in the United States. They are World Championship level riders. I like the American people, so I hope to be back racing again more next year.”
A native of Brescia, Italy, Zanetti is the official test rider for Ducati Corse and is riding in the MotoAmerica series for the Warhorse Racing HSBK Ducati New York team.
The Warhorse HSBK Ducati New York Team will be back on track with Zanetti on the weekend of October 24 and 25 at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca for the final round of the MotoAmerica Superbike Championship.

Sant’Agata Bolognese (Italy) — Automobili Lamborghini, together with Bitstamps, recently launched a digital stamp via an App designed to create and collect digital stamps. The first collaboration is dedicated to the Huracán EVO RWD Spyder, the model Lamborghini unveiled at the beginning of May 2020, following the company’s reopening after the COVID-19 shutdown.
The stamp is part of a themed series dedicated to the Sant’Agata Bolognese company’s history and over 20 of its most iconic cars: The Automobili Lamborghini Collection. The Huracán EVO RWD Spyder stamp is available by downloading the Bitstamps App. in a limited and numbered edition of 20,000 pieces.
Each stamp is a “single” digital object: its history and uniqueness are guaranteed by Blockchain technology. The stamp can be purchased, collected, or resold precisely like a paper stamp, Lamborghini said.
Within their collection album, Lamborghini fans will be able to admire their stamps, check the progress of their collection, and the stamps not yet acquired. They would be able to decide whether to give them as a gift by sending them with an e-card, or resell them on the Marketplace that will open in the next few months, Lamborghini elaborated.
